What is the deadline for registration?
All payments must be finalised by the June 15th.
Registration via payment plan is no longer possible after the 15th of May.

Do I get a ticket sent via email?
yes, All tickets will be emailed out .
Please print your tickets or take a screen shot of the ticket and bring it on the day.
I've booked my ticket under a different name to the one on social media, how do I change it?
Please email your booked name and what name you would like on your name badge
and certificates to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 15th of May
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds but you can
privately sell your ticket to another lash artists by emailing
email@example.com and letting us know their name.
I need a special diet. Can this be accommodated?
Gluten free and vegetarian options are available. If you require these please email firstname.lastname@example.org

What do I need to wear?
Please wear comfortable, smart casual clothing.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your tweezers and notebooks/tablets to take down notes. If you are
joining us on day two, the majority of the trainers will be providing manuals
but best to bring your own notepads to take extra notes.
Can I take photos and videos?
Photos? Of course! Please make sure you tag #lashbash and #lashbashgoldcoast ect. and give links.
Please do not take and post Videos that are linger than a few minutes.

On day two please ask your trainers if you can take video or photos.
Can I go live on Facebook from my business or personal page?
Of course! Please limit the time you go live to 2-5 minutes only on day one while the event is going, we don’t want to give away all the secrets to those who didn’t get a ticket!
On day two you will need to ask your trainer if they will be okay with you
Will there be recordings of the trainings on day two?
Session videos are included with the Diamond Package only and you will be emailed a link a couple of weeks after the event is over.
Is there reserved seating?
If you purchase a Diamond Ticket you will have
reserved priority seating for day one.
There is no other reserve seating.
Can I get in early to reserve seating with my friends?
No sorry. Non- Diamond Ticket seating is first in best dressed.
I've had a family emergency can I get a refund?
Unfortunately all ticket sales are final and there are no refunds but you can
privately sell your ticket to another lash artists by emailing
email@example.com and letting us know the name change by the 1st August 2017
Will there be goodie bags?
Yes! We have an amazing goodie bag for each attendee worth over $500!
Will there be stalls with items for sale?
Yes we will have your favourite suppliers stalls available for purchases on both days.
Do we get a certificate?
Yes you will get a certificate of attendance on day one and a certificate of
attendance from each class you attend on day two. Please ensure we have the
correct name in our system so your certificates are printed with the correct
spelling. The name you put into the booking system is what will be
printed on your certificate and name badges.
Reprints of certificates will cost $20 each to print and $10 to send to you if
your name is incorrect and you haven’t informed us before the 1st August 2017.
Do I get manuals and kits on day two?
Depending on the trainer, they may provide manuals and a few other things. Kits as such are not provided. This information will be on the description of the classes
What happens if I leave my goodie bag on day one? Or I forget my goodies from day two?
No responsibility will be taken by the organisers, staff, trainers, speakers
or attendees of Lash Bash for your personal items, goodie bags, prizes, kits,
manuals or certificates. Your things are your responsibility. If we find
them at the end of the day and they can be identified as yours then we will
ship them to you for the postage and handling fee of $20

relation to the professional eyelash extension industry. By continuing to use
this website and/or purchase a ticket to any of the ticket levels to Lash Bash
